4. Information Products

Our digital materials include guides, checklists, and tutorials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view such materials.

5. Goods

Physical items such as printed guides or kits are shipped to you under these terms.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Requests for a refund made within 7 days of purchase are eligible provided no deliverables have been completed. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Alternatively, you may transfer your scheduled service to another individual or a new date at no additional cost.

Once deliverables are provided or milestones are met, a refund is not possible due to allocation of expert time.

6.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital materials. After access, no refund is possible as content cannot be retracted.

6.3 Goods

Unopened items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once inspected and confirmed in original condition, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain premium consultations are clearly marked as non-refundable due to immediate scheduling and specialist allocation. Such sessions may be transferred to another date or individual if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on taxrelief-hub.com.
